Based in Cameroon and Nigeria for over a decade now and a member state of OAPI (African Intellectual Property Organization) and OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa), comprised of 17 African countries each, we have extensive experience in, and mastery of the practice and procedures under both the Intellectual Property laws (Bangui Agreement and other international conventions to which OAPI member states are signatories) and the OHADA Laws. The Firm’s lawyers are very bilingual and are fluent in both French and English.

We have a wealth of experience in intellectual property law and other branches of law, as well as the common and civil law legal systems applicable in Cameroon.

Our IP department is made up of dedicated, experienced, trust worthy, diligent and hardworking bilingual IP practitioners who are OAPI accredited IP counsel and attorneys at law, who assist clients in the filing, defense, enforcement, IP watch and valorization of their IP titles both in and out of the OAPI Space.

However, if a client wants us to offer watch services for his portfolio of industrial property titles at OAPI that were not filed by our firm, we can do this for a token.
